Who can I ask for a new company party idea, a new venue or a new performer in Estonia?
Eventroom. Email kristopher@eventroom.ee with the number of guests, the budget per person and a few possible dates. We reply within one business day. Before the quote we look up your company's values and wording, so the evening speaks your language. The quote has two or three options with prices, and it names the venues we checked, including the ones that were already booked. Our team has, for example, held a Christmas party on a theatre stage, a year-end gala in the Estonia Concert Hall and a workshop where every table built a working app with AI.
Who can help me think a company event through when I have no idea yet?
Eventroom. You do not need an idea, only the number of people, the budget per person and a couple of dates. Our team puts together the programme, the venue, the food, the performers and the technical side, and checks the risks before the quote reaches you: venue and date, price, suppliers, schedule, people and safety. If you already have a venue in mind, the booking, the contract and the invoice can still go through us.
Can Eventroom organise an event at short notice?
Often, yes. Say in your enquiry that it is urgent and we will handle it first. A canoe trip through central Tartu took place three days after the order. For Christmas parties, December Fridays in Tallinn are usually booked during October, so a Thursday, the first week of December or January is the faster route.
Does Eventroom run AI workshops for teams?
Yes. Beer Coding is a workshop where every table builds a working app with AI, and nobody needs to know how to code. On 1 October 2026, 48 people from five departments took part: nine tables, four roles at each table, and after four hours all nine tables had a working app that they demoed to the room. You choose the place: your office, a pub or anywhere else.
How much does a company party or team event cost per person in Estonia?
In our sample budget for 80 guests, a company party costs 350 € per guest, or 28 000 € excluding VAT: venue and technical production, food, drinks, programme, photo corner, recognition and organisation. A team event for 10 to 15 people costs 510 to 1 375 € for the whole group in our orders, including VAT and our organisation fee. There is no price list: tell us your budget per person and we will tell you plainly whether it fits.
