10+ years organising corporate events in Estonia. Over 200 strategic team events delivered — from 12-person workshops to 500-person summer days. Official team events partner of Telia Estonia since 2022. Publicly shares both successful and unsuccessful project case studies — because an honest feedback culture is the foundation of trust.
Our methodology
1. Briefing (20–25 minutes)
One call, three questions: the team's current state, the single clearest goal of the event, the budget ceiling. Not hours — twenty minutes asked correctly.
2. Concept (3–5 business days)
Full proposal with itemised pricing and two scenarios: good weather + rainy Plan B. The 10% project management fee is shown as a separate line so you see exactly what you pay for.
3. Production (4–8 weeks)
Once approved, we manage venue, catering, dietary, transport, tech, performers, insurance, and Plan B. Your team only sends the final headcount 2 weeks before.
4. Event day
We are on site from setup to teardown. You attend as a participant, not as the organiser.
5. Measurement (1 week later)
Post-event feedback data and recommendations for the next round. We track results year over year.
Selected work
Telia Estonia summer day 2024 — 180 participants
Team split across two offices. Goal: every participant leaves with 5–10 new colleague names. Result: 6.2 new names per participant on average, NPS 8.7 (152/180 responses).
International software company summer day 2024 — 80 participants
An event that went sideways. NPS 6.4. I acknowledged 3 concrete mistakes and partially refunded the project management fee. The client is (as of 2026) still our client.
Tallinn software company Christmas party 2025 — 90 participants
Brief was a 'premium gala' for €12,000. My estimate: it needed €17,000. We declined the original brief. The client chose a simpler format for €8,800 — feedback was better than expected.
